A co-mentoring space to support building a 5th-dimensional culture through deeper relationship with Gaia's consciousness and practice with the Lyricus and other materials.
Gaiacracy
The following piece of writing is an example of co-creation. It was inspired by Jean Victoria Norloch's request to send her some of my writings. I then contacted Ana Sophia, who had received the term „Gaiacracy“ when she was visiting Greece, her father's home land, and asked her to write down her latest insights. Meanwhile I wrote a short summary myself and sent it to her. The text below is Ana's expansion of my first draft - a unique expression of co-creative energies at work :-)
Democracy is the worst form of government except for all those others that have been tried.
- Winston Churchill
If we have a close look at the global political scene, we are shown in dozens of ways that it is not people who hold power, that national and international decisions rarely serve the good of humanity or of our planet. It is easy to perceive the power of an economy which concentrates wealth and dominion into the hands of a few who act in their own interests. This gives us functionally an oligarchy, not a democracy. This small group knows how to use the manipulative power of mass media to engineer the political theatre of modern democracy. The unique needs of many cultural and racial groups are compromised in the lowest-common-denominator election processes. Choices in leadership reflect the level of consciousness of the majority, voting with their fear and projections of authority. Thus, Winston Churchill's words have turned out more than true – and become a challenge to ask ourselves, "How will we evolve the social-political model of democracy?"
Gaiacracy is not the answer, not the next contender – meaning that it is not another ideology to be rolled out into the mental boxing ring of partisan politics.
Our engagement with exploring the work of Gaiacracy seeks maximum impact on ourselves, not others. It is a soul-expanding journey of internal resonance. As we relate with each other and deepen our relationship, we will be pulled into coherent actions to express this intelligence in co-creative ways. Similar to a cultural identity, we do not try to convince others to be Greek or Mohawk. We enliven the activities which strengthen our experience of culture and innovate over time through social interaction.
Gaiacracy is a vibrational intelligence. It exists already for the vast majority of life-forms and the minority of remaining indigenous cultures who function in harmonic symbiosis with the Earth. Modern societies of humans have distinguished themselves as the only species to commit crimes of genocide, species extinction, mass destruction of eco-systems, air, water and land pollution and poisoning – just to start the list. Through our current collective state of crisis comes an opportunity to shift out of our role as destructive parasites on the body of the Earth.
When we talk about Gaiacracy, we acknowledge Gaia as a living Being of a higher order. Implicitly, we count on a myriad of genius practices of the biosphere to sustain us – atmosphere, water cycles, seasonal shifts, food chains and growing seasons.
Our human version of Gaiacracy will be created through the translation of the complex, diverse life-support systems of our benevolent host into a sustainable, life-affirming political system. For now it is a shimmering vision of a few individuals in its most elementary stages. The inspiration this word provides is based in its’ role to concretize a name for an evolving system of government. It is not a subjective value like “peace”, nor an abstract principle like “liberty”. It is based on the word GAIA – the ancient Greek concept of the intelligent consciousness of the Earth.
Words as Energetic Signatures
How a LightGrid member connected to the term ‘Gaiacracy’:
I received the word "Gaiacracy" while meditating on a sailboat in the middle of the Gulf of Corinth, near my ancestral mountains. I felt the resonance of collective thoughtforms through the ages expressing themselves as social structures which define power relations in a culture. Like a sunrise, I experienced a name for the culture to which I desire to contribute - Gaiacracy.
Through individual reflections, we are building a definition of Gaiacracy that includes:
- a coherent cultural envelope to hold the highest expression of love for our multi-dimensional Earth family.
- is what you and me make of it. It involves acknowledging all material things as living objects, as within them resides the spark of unity. It involves finding ways to live on our Beloved Mother which are in absolute HARMONY with her Being - in Harmony with the Universe / Omniverse - in Harmony with Source - in Harmony with ALL that IS ...
- is the next step we will take now that we have to admit that democracy is failing ... it is the step which hlds the power to transform man into Homo Luminous - a Universal Light Being of Flesh and Body.f Service
- all Nature will come forward to help us as Mother Earth will be pleased to see all work together in Unison to establish Harmony and Peace on her body.
- Gaiacracy is heaven on earth: with all life co-creating from their ‘I am’ presence.
To stretch ourselves to expand our communication and creation of meaningful language, we have the following prompts:
“As an individual citizen of Gaiacracy, I...”
“As a commmunity of Gaiacracy, we....”
As a community of Gaiacracy WE ARE!
An affirmation of the energetic signature on Gaiacracy came through searching the word to find writings from Dr. Robert Muller, former Chancellor of the UN University for Peace, in 1997,
“Again, as the American Indians tell us, we are children of the Earth and we must take good care of our mother, and respect her. We are living Earth. Each of us is a cell, a perceptive nervous, active unit of the Earth. We are Earth alive and are beginning to be concerned about the Earth. The living consciousness of the Earth is beginning to operate through us. All over the world a kind of Earth democracy (gaiacracy) is taking shape. We feel the urge to speak for the Earth because we have understood that something very fundamental is going wrong.”
Please feel welcome to join in this creative conversation to define Gaiacracy as the evolution of democracy. You are whole-heartedly invited to submit your ideas to our Gaiacracy Group: http://lightgrid.ning.com/group/gaiacracyandsovereignintegrals
Dialogue as Active Co-creation
Communication is most alive in the form of dialogue where it embodies the wisdom of ‘the medium is the message’. If the message has already been written, meaning, if an idea is shared as a completed truth, then it has become stagnant; there is only one-way communication, the message is being broadcast. In effect, the message is already dead because it has become a closed system.
Gaia works much differently. As water moves through a watershed, the same water moves through many temperatures, speeds and gathers, redistributes and absorbs from its’ environment. It is in deep dialogue with its’ surroundings.
The depth of this dialogue as an evolutionary process connects to the teaching of Sri Aurobindo, “Those who want to make change must be willing to be the most changed.” From this awareness, as students of Gaiacracy, we commit to our own transformation by the process of learning. I can say that I want to become more Gaiacratic, and I can only do so in experimenting with others to relate more deeply with the life-processes of Earth.
The co-creative energy connects to the teachings of Gandhi, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”, which claims the value of engagement in the present moment and accepts full personal responsibility for creating a new reality. Thus, we cannot wait for the savior to appear or for any external authority to resolve all our problems: We have to take responsibility – not only for our own lives, but also for what is happening on our Planet, and do what we can to contribute to the solution of the problems that humanity as a whole is facing.
These are two complementary elements of co-creative relating to evolve the experience of Gaiacracy. GAIA, Mother Earth, and all living beings can be treated with respect as our interdependency is being recognized not only verbally – but through personal and communal experience. We are learning through any interaction where we are relating to explore, affirm, test, or have healthy conflict over our experience of interdependence with other people or life-forms. The work of John Seed and the Council of All Beings is an inspiring example of Gaiacratic consciousness.
Modern democracy has all the limitations of a Newtonian 3-d reality: a centralized force which acts upon its environment. Gaiacracy is emerging from the compost of post-modern meaninglessness, where people’s desire to be in connection to life is establishing an Integral Co-creative Wave throughout the world. Paul Hawken’s book “Blessed Unrest” is a wonderful documentation of this process.
What we have now are smaller communities of meaning in dialogue about how to expand their ability to be co-creative with others. What a ripe field that is! We can expand our capacity to be interconnected, while remaining autonomous and self-responsible. We also have rapidly shifting parameters which themselves are creating new conditions for deeper dialogue. As we can perceive a needed skill, there are many communities who have maintained a consciousness field.
Thank you for opening to receive our words. They are a starting point which respects each individual’s choices, and we are hopeful that they can provide a basis from which to embark in greater connection with our global family.

Other important thing is to share what we believe is a solution or if we believe there is no proble then we may share all or goodness and positive vibrations...
