What you can do if a page is not fully loading

The following is an excerpt from the ning help centre - THANKS to Aaron for this great and most useful explanation :-)
You see that a page is not fully loading when there are no sub tabs, for example, or find other important features missing which are usually available.
And what you can do:
... performing a hard refresh will resolve in most cases.
You can perform a hard refresh
on a Mac by holding down the Shift + Command + R keys
or
Control + F5 on a PC.
