Eckart,
Thank you for this group. I suffer from (now hold onto your seat, lol) from lumbar scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, bulging disks (several), several car accidents and i have broken my back a few years back. I suffer from excruciating pain. I take narcotic pain meds but my doses keep getting higher and the pain keeps getting worse. I try to help myself through walking, riding a bike. back exersises, yoga, stretching but inevitably i injure myself again. I know that i am a healer and can't understand why i can,t heal this myself?? I get abit angry about it. If you have any suggestions i'm eager to hear them, Thank you... Light and love, Cathy
Hi Cathy, I've jus googled lumbar scoliosis and seen that it probalby is passed on from one generation to the next and often starts out already in childhood, is that right?
Well, I do not really have a remedy or so but I guess it has to do with standing up against all odds ... Yu say that you inevitably injure yourself again, what exactly do you mean by that? And you also say that you are a healer: maybe you have this disease exactly to overcome it?
If I encounter any useful material on that topic, I will tell you - of if another idea occurs to me ;-)
Sending you Love, Light and HEALING, dear Cathy,
Sonja Myriel
PS.: I guess you already tried working with etheric crystals during lightgrid connection? If you want me to, I can help you in that ;-)
In enlivening and healing organs with their divine virtues, see yourself INSIDE the organ and feel yourself AS the organ. From this perspective, imagine very clearly the color, the musical note, the sensation [ consciousness-penetrating-all, warmth, ease, coolness, or weight ] of the divine virtue with strong faith, visualization, clear understanding, and flowing divine feelings of the virtue. On the outbreath, see this awareness radiating through the pores of the skin over this organ, filling whatever inner guidance directs in the outer universe, and on the inbreath see the outer universe sending this virtue back into the organ again through the pores of the skin over the organ. Keep the rhythm of the breath natural.
However, in seeing the divine virtues as tiny suns in the elemental regions of the body, i. e., fire virtues in the head, air virtues in the lungs, water virtues in the abdomen, and earth virtues in the legs and feet, SEE THESE AREAS AS A HOLLOW SPACE, not as the organs that reside in this space. Be sure to dissolve the light in the body when you are finished to protect the natural balance of elements in the body.

thank you for this info. . I have honestly tried everything but i also beleive that this is something that i have to overcome through self healing. What i am also learning is that my pain is stress related. There is a connection between my trauma, stress and the degree of my pain. bearable or not! Thanks again. light and love, cathy
i too have suffered spinal problems...i had back surgery for it and have titanium screws rods and stuff in my back now....took a while to be able to walk without pain again...
and in the end you do have to heal yourself...but i have found that we experience healing through understanding and taking in the knowledge we find on our life path...
many blessings to you catherine....i am sure your healing is already coming into existance... :)
Love & Light to you Catherine. From my personal experience, chronic illnesses have the potential of teaching many things. Explore your anger & be open to things changing. Accepting what is (eventually moving beyond anger, when it's time) and then knowing that change is inevitable (simultaneously) can offer you freedom.
Your experience is yours, uniquely, so there are no finite answers. Explore the emotions, associated with your journey, & see where they take you. What you are going through is a chapter in the infinite book of you, Catherine. Imagine many scenarios, when you are in moments of ease, & see how they feel. "You are powerful beyond measure" (Marianne Williamson)...be patient and loving with yourself and your body.
Thank YOU, Dear Sonja, I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful, incredibly insightful being that YOU are! Your post "Listen With Your Heart" addresses my precious friends and mentors the Guardian Trees that protect our world. YOU and Oribel38, reminded me that I need to publish my "Sentinels of the Forest" book that has been gathering dust. NOW is the time. We are indeed ALL pieces of the puzzle for each other. Thank YOU Infinitely for the reminder. With Infinite Living Love & Light, CrystaLin Joy
Wouldn’t it be an ideal world if all we had to do to overcome illness and disease was to lie back and listen to beautiful music? Well it’s not as far fetched as you may think! From hands-on healers standing next to surgeons in the operating room to physicians calling psychics for assistance in diagnosis . . . the latest technology in the health arena is called "Vibrational Healing" or "Energy Medicine."
Not Some New Fad!
Interestingly, vibrational healing is nothing new. It has been successfully practiced in numerous forms all over the world for thousands of years. Only recently has it come to the forefront in western society. That’s because scientists have finally developed instruments that are sophisticated enough to measure how and why this mode of healing works. Considered "quackery" in the past, many of these "alternative techniques" are now being used in tandem with mainstream medical treatment. My chiropractor has recently begun treating patients with acupuncture. The American Holistic Nurses Association is now training RNs to use therapeutic grade essential oils, also known as aromatherapy, in a clinical setting.
Ancient Indian texts accurately describe the human energy system. Information and diagrams not only detail where the main energy centers are located but also, what part of the endocrine system each energy center works with and how imbalances in the energy center affect the physical, mental, and emotional state of the person. Specific vibrational tools are suggested for correcting imbalances depending on the particular energy center involved. These energy centers and the energy field surrounding the body can now be seen using Kirlian and other special photographic equipment.
Tai Chi is a Form of Energy Healing
The Chinese studied human energy for many years and came up with their own unique methods of working with it. What they discovered is that just as we have veins and nerves running throughout our bodies, we also have lines of energy called meridians. If the flow of energy along these lines is moving smoothly, we are in a state of good health. If the energy is blocked or there is too much energy in one area, we are in a state of dis-ease. Chi Kung and Tai Chi contain movements that open up the flow of energy along the meridians. Chi Kung exercises are designed to move and balance energy throughout the body. Tai Chi is a series of movements that works with the energy channels as well as increasing strength and flexibility of the physical body. It is now recognized by the MS Society as a valuable therapy.
Everything in the universe is energy. Nothing is actually solid. Instead objects are made up of microscopic particles vibrating at such a fast rate that they appear solid. Our limited sense of sight doesn’t let us see the movement, or vibration, of the particles. Every object, including human organs, have a natural healthy vibratory rate referred to as "resonance". If a part of the body begins to vibrate out of resonance or harmony, it creates what we term dis-ease. Jonathan Goldman, author of Healing Sounds: The Power of Harmonics, says: "If parts of the body become imbalanced, they may be healed through projecting the proper and correct frequencies back into the body." Vibrational Medicine looks at the energy anatomy within and around the physical body. Imbalances and disharmonies are treated using frequencies from flower and gem essences, sound, therapeutic grade essential oils, radionics, homeopathics, acupuncture, color, hands-on healing, and crystals. Each individual sound, color, crystal, or flower essence has a specific quality that is beneficial for a particular human organ, system, or emotion.
Sound moves in waves through the air and is measured in cycles per second. According to Jonathan Goldman, humans only hear within the range of 16 to 16,000 cycles per second. Dolphin sonar is around 180,000 cycles per second. Richard Daab, in an Interview with Ilona Selke, writes that, "Dolphins recently have made the news as being better therapists than many humans. People in pain receive relief from swimming with dolphins when nothing else has helped. Autistic children suddenly become cooperative and interactive, where only a wall of silence was seen before." Perhaps it is because dolphins emit such a high frequency that people experience healing while in the water with them.
Healing with Sound can be accomplished in many ways. Sound healing practitioners can play instruments, use their voice, or play tapes or CDs. They can even have the client lie on a bed with speakers and circuits arranged so the music waves literally flow through the entire body. This special bed is often referred to as a "sound chamber." At the beginning of the article I mentioned just lying back and listening to beautiful music in order to heal. Remarkable experiences have been reported with the use of sound.
Hands on Healing is a Powerful Way to Raise Vibration
Reiki and Therapeutic Touch are but two of the many names for Hands-on Healing. While a person sits or reclines, high frequency energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client. The various types of hands-on healing use different hand positions and movements. Several scientific studies have been performed which clearly show that a greater amount of energy is emitted from a healer’s hands than from a non-healer’s hands. Apparently we all have the ability to channel high frequency energy through our hands. We simply have blocks in the energy channels in our body, which prevent us from doing it. Through the practice of Chi Kung exercises or the formal study of Reiki and other techniques, we are able to open the necessary channels to be hands-on healers. A few individuals are born with the channels open and they are considered "natural healers." The most famous practitioner of hands-on healing was Jesus of Nazareth.

Before we can begin to explain how aromatherapy and the seven chakras work together, you must understand the ideals behind Chakras. First, the word Chakra is a Sanskrit word, which carries the translation of wheel of light or spinning wheel of energy. A Chakra represents one of the seven different spiritual energy centers within the body. In other words, the body needs its energy and the Chakra provides the center for that energy.
It is the belief that the Chakra collects the energy and creates a spinning ball and vortex out of that energy. However, in some cases, Chakras can be referred to as light instead of energy. The body has seven different Chakras. Each of these points signify a different area of the body.
The Seven Centers of Energy, Within the Body Are Called Chakras
Sahasrara Chakra - The Crown
The Ajna Chakra - The Third Eye
The Vishudda Chakra - The Throat
The Ananhata Chakra - The Heart
The Manipura Chakra - The Solar Plexus
The Svadhisthana Chakra - The Sacral
The Muladhara Chakra - The Root
Each energy center or Chakra contains a detailed description. It carries a meaning, a location, an element, a keyword, a color, and yes, essential oils, which is where aromatherapy comes into play. Essentially, the belief is that through aromatherapy and essential oils, you can generate the energy needed for the Chakra and keep it balanced and healthy.
The Sahasrara or Crown Chakra
The seventh of the seven Charkras this is the energy center for energy, dynamics, enlightenment, and spirituality. Centered on top of the head or the crown, it carries the element of air and the energy of a visionary. This is the inspirational center which carries the color of violet and golden-white. Violet represents enlightenment, existence, life, spirituality, and the true meaning of all of the above. Golden-white represents perfection or a state of when it comes to spirituality, emotions, mind, and body.
In aromatherapy, the essential oils for balancing the Crown Chakra are myrrh, spikenard, lavender, sandalwood, and frankincense.

The Muladhara or The Root Chakra
Also know as the base, this first Chakra is the most important of all. This is the center that allows for healing and repairing. Through practice, aromatherapy can help the center regain its balance through its specific smells, giving you the peaceful, healthy, and confident sense of wellbeing and wellness
I do self healing on my self. I take one to two hot baths a day sometimes with sea salt. I took a rebirthing class where I turn off the lights and get into the right brain mode and the warm womb feeling mode. I was also channeled when I going through chaous with my boyfriend at the time to go to a health food and get Valerian Root in the least amount of alcohol content. It is what valium is made of. Put about 10 drops in a lquid.
When I first started taking the Valerian Root I was seeing visions of chains. I was hearing a friends aura in conflict. I put a visual vacume on the part of my body where I feel the conflict and then on a energy level I suck or vacoom the negative energy out. I will see strings and I cut and pull them out. Kryon says that healing is just rebalancing so I continue to rebalance my energy. Hormones and harmony go hand in hand.
f/b me or write if you have questions about energy blockage and healing
I did another bath meditation a few days ago and my chakra's each had interdimensional temples in them. Today I released more blocked energy and I felt my soul commicaton with a space ship. The space ship was closer this time. I could see, feel and hear my energy clearing and at the end I saw clocks on all my chakra all striking 12:00 I feel so aligned and intuned with a really high frequency sounds,

And Patricia Cota-Robles gives us another uplifting message in this video.
REIKI translates as ‘Universal Spirit of Life’ – the energy that is continuously flowing through and around every living thing. It is a gentle energy healing modality that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body.
Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping to accelerate the bodies natural ability to heal itself. Similar to recharging a battery, Reiki is the channeling of high-vibrational energy into you aura, chakras and meridians.
Reiki is is a natural tool that can be used to help us cope with the stresses of every day life, and works on all aspects of a person by bringing the mind, body and spirit back into beautiful alignment. Reiki works on all planes – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It has been proven that receiving Reiki affects brain waves by transforming consciousness in the same way that meditation does – the breath deepens, stress levels in the body drop, oxygenated blood flows more freely, aiding in the detoxification of the body + mind.
When you receive a Reiki healing, you are being brought back into a state of harmony with the universe. Its calming effect will leave you feeling lighter, happier and connected.
Reiki is a wonderful tool to use alongside modern medicine and other therapies, as it supports the physical body during the healing process.
In this video, Emmanuel Dagher uses the healing technology he developed known as The Core Work Method, for his client Elona.
Elona has graciously allowed this healing session to be shared in hopes of helping others who may be experiencing something similar.
During the session, Elona shares with Emmanuel that she has been feeling stuck and paralyzed mentally for quite some time when it comes to being able to move forward in her life.
If you are also experiencing something similar in your life, whether it's in areas of relationships, a job, finances, or just your overall state of well-being, this healing audio will help you tremendously.
Infinite Blessings of Divine Love, Light, Peace, Healing, & Abundance to All of You, Steven Hutchinson
Steve Nobel ..... In this meditation we begin to connect with those areas of suppressed anger in the body. Suppressed anger can lead to an accumulation of anger that does not even belong to you. This anger is purified and released from your body in the meditation.
Then the meditation focuses on two aspects, the protection/controlling part of you that seeks to block anger and the part of you that is the suppressed anger. We could call these the prison guard and the prisoner.
Working with your Higher Self the energy of the prison guard is shifted and it is given a new role in your energy field. Then the anger within you that is yours is cleansed and released.
The channel for clean expression of this anger is then opened. The meditation ends with a calling back of all fragmented light that needs to be transformed and returned to your energy fields.
Anger is energy and energy, like water, needs to flow and be expressed. There are two issues that are problematic around anger. One is where anger is over expressed in judgemental, aggressive and even violent ways. The other is where anger is blocked or suppressed which can create passive aggressive responses to life.
Suppressed anger can be an underlying cause of anxiety and depression and other health problems such as fatigue, high blood pressure, headaches etc. Suppressed Anger can affect thinking and behaviour patterns and in turn disrupt relationships.
Starseeds, because of their empathic nature, tend to block, disown and suppress anger.

Healing Can Be Easy!

Infinite Blessings of Divine Love, Light, Peace, Healing, & Abundance to All of You,
