I shall make an attempt to post my views as best as i can.

Potential is very vibrating energy and Love can really spiral this energy.

To Manifest POTENTIAL all the veils have to be dropped. The duality has to be dropped.

Namaste Shenna ji :  Thank you : Possibility, yes.  But with a difference.   It has 100% chances of manifesting with collective consciousness shift. 

Know that you are Light, feel it and nothing stands in between.  :: I am Light n so are you, is the only reality.  can we feel this in every cell  of ours? Yes, we can, we have never tried.

POTENTIAL, for me, is like a SEED - when we nourish a vision collectively it's like a FIELD of possibilities which we plant ... the seeds we planted in 2012 carry the potential to UNITE us all in LOVE ... and so it IS :-)

The world is our school .

We have twin role to play here ~ a great potential ~ 

Each one of us  is a teacher and pupil.

By sharing we teach n learn.

We learn to grow individually

We share to grow collectively. 

This process has to be felt by each one of us.

Not only we have to work for our individual promotion

but also we have to work for our collective promotion.

The changes at macro level is decided by the collective promotion

and each outcome is the result of our promotion.

Its directly linked to us and no one else.

Like in schools we have various results individually and collectively

One student tops and than gradually the others are graded may be with grades.

The collective result of the school again is graded say in terms of percentages

Some schools have 100% results, some 98, some 96 n so on.

Further knowing about our school ~ The World:

Potential :: Two set of Glasses have been given to us for

Learning n promotion.

Lets know about the first set of glasses.

Both the glasses as you see are symbolic of what each one is given when we start our journey  in the world.  The learning and promotion starts.  We are also given freewill, its absolute. Now we choose either good or not good.  Depending on what we choose  we are promoted.  And every promotion adds to our glass of good or not good, depending on what we manifest.  And equal deletion is made from the other glass.

When we fill  glass of good and empty the glass of  not good, we reach the peak of our promotion.  This is individual

Promotion.  This is personal growth.

As individual you are close to Light ~ God.

Lets know about the second set of glasses.

The second set is unlike the first, which is for personal growth. The second set is for collective growth ~ for all of us

Put to gather.

Depending on the collective freewill what we manifest the adjustment is made in glasses.  It can swing either way any time depending on every  moment . 

But an individual who has been promoted can use freewill to come back and assist in collective growth.  Guide individuals to achieve their personal growth, in turn to

Manifest more good for collective growth.

For learning and growing here, the POTENTIAL is created.

Potential is to draw the attention of the majority of us to manifest a moment.

To manifest a moment we have to collectively feel the moment rather than worrying about the outcome.  We have to raise our vibrations to subtler vibrations.  And Love helps us to do this.  Feeling more Love for self and for others helps us to transform the vibrations.  Feeling oneness with all helps us to transform the vibrations. Its feeling and not just understanding, being aware…

For eg:  Ice ~ Water ~ Steam :

Ice when exposed to a particular temperature transforms to water.  Water when exposed to particular temperature turns to steam and evaporates.  The transformation from ice to steam is the essential. 

If the particular temperature is not there than ice does not transform to water and same way water does not transform to steam.

Similarly if we do not collectively raise our vibrations we can not transform collectively.  And for the changes to come

On a mass scale this is very essential.

To raise the vibrations collectively ~P O T E N T I A L ~ is created.  With every great potential created cosmos provides us with immense help to manifest the same, which we have to honor and receive with gratitude.

Once we do this collectively, we reach the threshold of transformation.  At this point of time we are face to face with LIGHT ~ The All Powerful Energy , know our TRUTH ~ ALL THE VEILS DROP.

Hence, it is essential for us to go on dropping all the veils that come in between us and the Light.

KNOW THAT NOTHING STANDS BETWEEN

Ice ~ Water ~ Steam ~ Ether. 

When we start our Journey we vibrate at the level of ice ~  Through our learning we transform to Water ~ Further to Steam and than merge with Light.

Its simple we have to transform the Vibrations of our Energy { we are Energy } 

From dense to subttle {Highest Vibrational Level of LIGHT}  and the catalyst to raise our vibrations is "L O V E UNCONDITIONAL" 

We are here to experience the creation as a tourist and return back to our Home.  Instead we have got entangled in the creation and forgotten our Home.  Now is the time to recall this and make efforts to return back to our Home.  Instead of manifesting good more not good got manifested.  Need of the moment is to manifest more n more good and increase the content of our good glass and deplete the content of not good glass.  S I M P L E . 

Its easier done  than said ~ Manifest more n more Love ~ Love towards self and Love towards All ~ the Mantra is very simple " I AM LIGHT N SO ARE YOU".  Feel the Love, Vibrate with Love, Become Love.

Now we are clear about our glasses :: we have to brim the glass of good.

We can do it with Love n Love.

In 2 0 1 3 :

Now is our time that we worked for up to 31-12-2012.

Many many cosmic gifts are being showered on all of us.  May be you know may be you know not.  But be open and say that "with gratitude you accept all Divine Gifts".

Life was always simple, we made it not so simple.  But the doors to simplicity are open. 

With on set of 2013 and onwards its going to be easy to manifest Love.  Manifesting Love is simply being Good, Truthful and Honest to self.  This helps you to become Love.  In turn you have to be Good, Truthful and Honest to others.  You manifest collective Love. 

Many messages channeled, many techniques practiced and with the help of this we did do a good work.  But now

it has been rendered very easy " MANIFESTING LOVE"

If you read the messages, all the messages have one core "LOVE" and the messages also end with "LOVE"

The gist of all messages is "LOVE".  Being Love, Becoming Love and helping others to Become Love. 

Now the need is to ' BE GOOD BE TRUTHFUL BE HONEST"  and we are doing a great work .

By becoming Love you blossom into Light, the original you.  KNOW WITHOUT ANY DOUBTS THAT OUR ORIGIN IS LIGHT AND NOTHING STANDS IN BETWEEN.  KNOW EVERY MOMENT OF LIFE THAT U R LIGHT.  

THIS SINGLE THOUGHT WILL CARRY US TO OUR GOAL.
