How can we shed light on tragedies?

When the whole nation is in mourning and paying respect to the large number of victims in all these different countries, the energies of loss, disbelieve, shock and sorrow compete with anger and a fighting modus.

It feels necessary to remain in some sort of neutral state of mind -being compassionate with every one who is connected in this tragedy. It also makes the immense sorrow felt and entangled connected.

Tears are welling, throat is blocked by the emotions that come up. The only part I don’t want to engage with is any kind of negative reaction. We all show so much respect in this small country at the seaside. It is overwhelming for all to see, around the world.

The way we show our dignity and respect, not as an organised event. Everyone shines from their own Heart and owning intent to be there, sharing such a strong loving energy. This family I belong to is being stretched, for all of us, united and together, which shows once and for all how compassion reflects in times of hardship.

For compassion is key in these events, this tragedy among so many other tragedies and this loving energy shines and shows the way and path all around the globe. Making it an universal commitment with one another.

We are One family in times like these all the more and this will reflect in so many hearts to awake and bring in awareness. So we grow as humanity into the Circle of Love, Understanding, Knowledge, Wisdom and Compassion of our True Nature.

And so it will Be.
