Warier Down

      Even the toughest of the tough sometimes fall. You go through life and you keep on fighting and you endure the most horrific of times. But sometimes you just fall to your knees and cry. Why does life have to be so hard. You’ve been the rock for so many people for so many years and now it feels like the world is caving in around you.

      Ok you know deep in your heart that everything will work out. You know that everything is in Right Divine Order. You know that this too shall pass. Ok so why still does it feel like, at the moment at least, that there’s no way out of this mess?  So what do you do now? What’s next?

      What seems like the hardest thing to do is to hand over control and to let go of your worries and problems to God. Easier said than done right? Well it is a matter of faith and trust. The thing is you wouldn’t have gotten this far if you weren’t truly a warier. You can do this. The mightiest of the mighty are so because they have learned to trust and to bend when opposition is upon them. You are mighty. You must now release the firm grip and the belief that you must control every situation and every outcome. It is truly time to let go and trust.
       Oh but I’m afraid.
       Take a deep breath. Again. Again. Now be the warier that you are. You were chosen and have chosen to be here right now so that through the very experiences you are faced with right now you would endure and overcome. And you will. By the courage and the ability to overcome not only what you are facing right now but for all that you’ve overcome in the past you are leading the way for others. Visualize and know the amazing place that in your life and your world that is now developing. See the future as now.
       Yes, you are a warier and you are down but it is only a temporary setback. You know that you have overcome adversity in the past. You know you have seen much harder times. You know that you will get back on your feet and in doing so inspire and lead countless other because of your resilience, courage and strength.
       Also know that a warier seldom fights alone. There is an army of help behind you and they are all there to support you. They cheer in excitement as you overcome your obstacles and they rush to pick you up whenever you fall. So, keep on fighting. Keep on doing what it is that you came for. You are the best at what you do and don’t let anything slow you down now. You will overcome this because you are mighty.

This gives me hope that I am not the only Warrior down after so many years to being a pioneer on the front lines of AA Michael. Thank you all.  It's been hard to let go and trust but even today I've gotten help that was so unmistakeably directed by spirit I had to cry.  Thank You God!
