I have learned Kriya Yoga of Paramhansa Yogananda,

Two lecels I did and then Swami Hariharanandji was in charge and may be He left the body and His desciple Swami was used to come at my place at Junagadh,

That Kriya Yoga is very good for our Progress so far as Health is concerned.
