A major milestone on the path

For the past 3 days I have felt restless and unable to sleep for almost all night but then sleep hard for maybe 2 hours after sunrise. After that the day is pretty much spent in exhaustion, laying down periodically, back up 5 minutes later, email, study, lay down for 5 minutes, you get the idea. Earth day and the changes continue to increase

Saturday, April 20 2013 Nanc and I went to Mt Shasta to pick up a Champion Juicer and found ourselves in a Earth Day celebration at the park and laying in the grass and just being in the present moment. The sun was almost directly overhead and there was such intense waves of loving warmth as we laid there in the grass. This was a very different experience for both of us.

Everything related to consciousness is like being on a wild ride.
