Clear Quartz has been called the "master healer" and is considered to be the most versatile, cleansing, and programmable stone in the mineral kingdom. It is thought to have the ability to focus, amplify, magnify, store, and transfer energies. Just holding a Quartz in your hand is believed to change how your aura looks, by filling in holes and brightening dull areas. Quartz is considered to have a natural tendency for harmony and so carrying or wearing one is believed to be beneficial and protective to the owner. Remember what I said about intention, though. When using Quartz, you must focus your positive intention into the crystal, and then use the "programmed" crystal for your purposes.
A stone that might relate to your situation is Green Tourmaline, as some use it specifically for nervous system issues (which is a possible cause for fibromyalgia). It is considered to be a great stone for self-healing and is thought to aid the flow of healing energy through the body. Simply place the Green Tourmaline on the affected area(s).
