Thank you so much, Steve. I, too, am experiencing a continual improvement of my health since I have started to practice Mantak Chia's meditation exercises, so I am sharing them here.
The video you posted beautifully illustrates the technique shared in the second video above. Moreover, it depicts where to put your tongue during any practice and it explains what the Dantian is and how you can charge it, so it is really the perfect match and I am very grateful that you have posted it here.
