Connect to the GRID and send LOVE, LIGHT, PEACE and PRAYERS to Latin America, the PACIFIC (!!!) Ocean, Japan, ...

TALCA, Chile – A devastating earthquake struck Chile early Saturday, toppling homes, collapsing bridges and plunging trucks into the fractured earth. A tsunami set off by the magnitude-8.8 quake threatened every nation around the Pacific Ocean — roughly a quarter of the globe.

This map shows that our PRAYERS are needed RIGHT NOW!!!

IMPORTANT: I was doing a lot of Grid research the last few days and I realize now the importance of CONNECTING to the Grid of Light before sending Love, Light, Peace, and Prayers anywhere because UNITED the POWER of  our PRAYERS is MULTIPLIED!!!

Moreover - why is it important to PRAY and ASK the Beings of LIGHT, ANGELS, ASCENDED MASTERS, Extraterrestrials ... for HELP? - because they need our PERMISSION to INTERVENE!

As human beings we received the gift of FREE WILL - and therefore it is NECESSARY that the pleas for help come from the Earth Plane!!!

Therefore, PLEASE:

INVOKE the Beings of Light, Spirit Guides, Ascednde Masters, Angels and ASK FOR HELP

SEND your LOVE and LIGHT, send PEACE and CALM, down through your feet and Earth Chakra to MOTHER EARTH and right to the PACIFIC OCEAN, remaining firmly connected to the GRID ....

Send the VIOLET RAY through the GRID to transmute the potential deavastating energies and

Envision the BLUE RAY like a  PROTECTING SHIELD over the coastline of Latin America and Japan / Asia

And while you do this: STAY CONNECTED, REMAIN UNITED!!! The more Lightworkers connect to the Grid of Light or Christ Grid before sending their Love and Light, the MORE EFFECTIVE WE ARE IN OUR ATTEMPT TO MODERATE the FORCES of NATURE.

If you think that what you have just read makes sense, PLEASE NETWORK this message!

Gaia is shaking, but we know down here the Argentinian gvt., the Chilean gvt., the Canadian gvt., and the English gvt., are associates in blowing icebergs in the Antarctica. They've been dynamiting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans' icebergs for the last 3 weeks and pieces of ice, as large as Luxembourg are floating on the Atlantic Ocean towards the Northern Hemisphere. Let's send light to those enterprises and the places they've hurt so badly to get oil and gold from under the ocean, and pray to God that they stop this.
God bless you all

TOKYO (AFP) – Japan's meteorological agency warned on Saturday of a tsunami risk across large areas of the Pacific as US geologists said the risk extended as far as the Antarctic after Chile's massive earthquake.
"There is a possibility that tsunami will widely occur in the Pacific Ocean," an official for the Japanese agency said. "We are now checking if tsunami may hit Japanese coastal areas."
An 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck in the Pacific Ocean near the coast of Chile early Saturday.
The United States Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said the quake had generated a tsunami and that parts of Central and South America could be at risk in subsequent hours along with more distant locations, including in Antarctica.
Asian nations have been on heightened alert ever since a massive 2004 tsunami that killed more than 220,000 people around the Indian Ocean.
Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama ordered his government to be prepared to offer support for victims if necessary, Jiji Press reported.
"Swift action should be required," Hatoyama told reporters. "It appears to be fairly sizable. I told ministries concerned to be ready to take measures in case relief assistance is needed."
Earlier in the day, Japan's Okinawa island was hit by its biggest seismic jolt in more than half a century when a powerful earthquake struck, triggering minor tsunamis, but only small amounts of damage to housing and minor injuries.

Huge quake kills more than 300 in Chile, triggers Pacific tsunami

Updated at: 0730 PST, Sunday, February 28, 2010

SANTIAGO: One of the largest earthquakes on record killed at least 300 people in Chile on Saturday and sent giant waves roaring across the Pacific Ocean that forced Japan on tsunami alert almost a day later.

In an address to the nation, President Michelle Bachelet said two million Chileans had been affected but, after touring the worst-hit areas by plane, she found it hard to spell out the magnitude of the disaster.

"The power of nature has again struck our country," Bachelet said, declaring six of Chile's 15 regions "catastrophe zones" in the aftermath of the 8.8-magnitude quake.

Highways in the South American nation of 16 million were sliced to pieces, bridges imploded and buildings collapsed as the 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck overnight some 325 kilometers (200 miles) southwest of the capital Santiago.

"This is a catastrophe of immense proportions, so it will be very difficult to give precise figures," Interior Minister Edmundo Perez Yoma said. Officials later said at least 300 people had been killed.

Waves well over two meters high (seven feet) crashed into the Chilean coast after the quake struck at 3:34 am (0634 GMT) and tore out into the Pacific, killing at least five people in the remote Robinson Crusoe islands.

In the Chilean port of Talcahuano, trawlers were sent shooting inland to the town square where they lay oddly marooned next to abandoned cars.

About 50 countries and territories along an arc stretching from New Zealand to Japan braced for giant waves, five years after the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster that killed more than 220,000 people.

The ominous sound of evacuation sirens blared in Hawaii, French Polynesia and the South Pacific as a tsunami raced around the "Ring of Fire", but warnings were later canceled everywhere apart from Japan and far-east Russia.

The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that waves of up to three meters (10 feet) could hit the northern coastal areas and issued tsunami warnings for up to two meters along the entire Pacific coastline of the Japanese archipelago.

The massive quake plunged much of the Chilean capital Santiago into darkness, snapping power lines, severing communications. The international airport was closed after sustaining significant damage to the terminal.

Many Chileans were still in nightclubs partying at the start of the weekend when the quake struck before dawn, ripping up roads, bringing roofs crashing down and toppling power lines.

"It was the worst experience of my life," said 22-year-old Sebastian, standing outside his house in eastern Santiago.

Media journalists spoke of walls and masonry collapsing in Santiago while people in pyjamas fled onto the streets as buildings "shook like jelly."

"Friends who were at clubs said it was pandemonium," said Santiago resident Maren Andrea Jimenez, an American expert working for the United Nations.

"It was scary! Plaster began falling from the ceiling. My dogs freaked out."

25 aftershocks strike Chile

10:34, February 28, 2010

At least 25 aftershocks ranging from 5 to 6.9 magnitude have been registered after the 8.8-degrees earthquake that shook Chile early Saturday morning, media reports said.

Giant iceberg the size of Luxemberg has broken off from Antarctic

By Matt Blake 27/02/2010

An iceberg the size of Luxembourg has sheared off from the Antarctic - threatening global weather chaos.

Scientists fear it could mean bitterly cold winters in Britain, and the north Atlantic generally, within a decade.

Australian glaciologist Dr Neal Young warned production of cold salty water, which keeps the earth's climate temperate, could be badly hit by the melting ice.

And flooding could become a major problem if the 965-square mile glacier, which holds enough water to fill the River Thames 100 times, moves north and begins to melt.

Dr Young said: "The effects may not be immediate but the ice split will have implications."

Sealife is also under threat, including a major colony of European penguins, as oxygen levels in oceans could plummet.

Dr Young added: "Penguins and other wildlife that use the area for feeding could be hit."

The giant slab of ice, which is 400 metres thick, was created when it was hit by broke off another iceberg two weeks ago.

The two icebergs are now drifting close together about 100 miles north of Antartica.
70,000 evacuated as tsunami reaches Japan

The first tsunami wave, 30 centimetres high (!!!), has hit Nemuro on Japan's northern Hokkaido island following Chile's massive earthquake, the country's meteorological agency says.

Television footage also showed a series of small white-crested waves racing up a river in the city of Kamogawa, Chiba prefecture, near Tokyo, although their height and cause were not immediately verified.

The agency had earlier warned that waves of up to three metres could hit along Japan's Pacific coast, even as fears of destructive waves eased across the rest of the Pacific Rim, including Russia.

The meteorological agency said that although the initial waves were quite small, larger ones may follow.

"Depending on the location, it is possible that waves higher than the ones observed at tidal stations have arrived," the agency said.

"It is possible that tsunami waves will grow bigger."

More than 70,000 people along Japan's Pacific coast scrambled for higher ground in mass evacuations as authorities issued the country's first "major tsunami alert" in 15 years.

As the wave sparked by Chile's killer-quake rumbled toward Japan, tsunami sirens wailed across eastern seaside areas of the archipelago, where massive steel gates slammed shut across the entrances to fishing ports.

"Please do not approach the coast at any cost," a sombre-looking Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama said in nationally televised comments.

"We should not drop our guard. I would like people to take all possible measures."

Pacific-wide alert

Meanwhile, tsunami warnings have been lifted in other nations across the Pacific Basin's Ring of Fire as fears of destructive waves ease.

Russia cancelled a tsunami warning after the waves that hit the coast of its Pacific peninsula of Kamchatka proved too small for danger, the state-run RIA news agency reported.

Russia had warned that a two-metre tsunami could hit its far east Kuril Islands about 3:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday, and dozens of people were evacuated from their coastal homes.

Nations in the Pacific Eim were put on tsunami alert after the huge quake struck Chile on Saturday afternoon, bringing down buildings and overturning cars in the capital, Santiago.

People in Hawaii were urged to evacuate to higher ground, but the tsunami threat has since past there.

Beaches on Australia's east coast are closed today as smaller waves hit the coast.

Philippines authorities have urged residents of 19 provinces facing the Pacific Ocean to seek higher ground, warning that a tsunami was expected within hours.

However, they said the waves were not expected to be higher than one metre and no forced evacuation was in place.

"The coastal areas facing the Pacific Ocean may experience tsunami of up to one metre, possibly lower," Renato Solidum, head of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, said over nationwide radio.

"The first waves will arrive between 1.00pm and 2.30pm (local time)."

Tsunami wave 90 cm. high hits Japan

TOKYO – (UPDATE 2) A tsunami wave 90 centimeters (35 inches) high hit Japan's Pacific coast Sunday, almost a full day after a massive quake struck Chile, the Meteorological Agency said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or property damage (!!!)
from the swell of water that reached Kuji port in Iwate prefecture at 3:09 pm local time (0609 GMT).

A tsunami alert remained in place, warning of the danger of larger follow-up waves, after authorities evacuated more than 70,000 people and Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama issued a nationwide alert.

The first tsunami wave triggered by Chile's deadly 8.8-magnitude quake measured 30 centimeters and hit Japan-proper at Nemuro on northern Hokkaido island at 0447 GMT, the Meteorological Agency said.

The agency warned that although the initial waves were quite small larger ones may follow and kept its alert in place.

"Depending on the location, it is possible that waves higher than the ones observed at tidal stations have arrived," the agency said. "It is possible that tsunami waves will grow bigger."

In the coastal city of Sendai, Miyagi prefecture, emergency services official Kaoru Murakami told AFP: "We have not received any information showing signs of the sea rising to dangerous levels."

"We have yet to lift the evacuation order because of concerns that a series of high waves may hit our region anytime ... We would like our residents to remain on alert until the end."
