Physical Ascension Preparation: Building The HeartMuscle By Christine Day & The Pleiadians
Human beings say that they want to remember-to know their path, and to find out why they are here and what their mission is in this lifetime. What am I doing here? What is the purpose of my life?
To really connect to the answers to these questions you are going to have to change where you look for direction in your life and where you connect to receive those answers. Then you can receive the truth to your questions. Then you can move in an alignment to your Self in your life. You will only receive the answers to these questions from within yourself, and these answers can be accessed through your heart. It is essential that you bring your attention inward.
The first step is to change your relationship with the ego mind and the heart.
The muscle of the heart is very small because you have not been -connecting to it. Let's look at how you are going to begin to open up to your heart, expanding your heart muscle.

First, become aware of your physical heart. You need to begin spending time just holding your heart with the palm of the hand, and taking a breath. Bring your consciousness to the feeling of the pressure of the hand and the warmth of the hand on your physical body. By consciousness I mean your awareness, so that all of your attention comes to the physical experience of the pressure of the hand, in this moment. Nothing else -focus only on feeling your hand on your chest. In this very moment you take a breath. This action is powerful. You are being with your heart, in the present moment.
I want you to understand the power of being in the moment. We spend our lives thinking of what is to come, or what has happened in the past. We are seldom in the present moment. All we have -all that is truly real -is this moment. When we choose to consciously be in this moment, we connect to our power; we connect to an alignment with self; we move out of separation. We connect to the clarity of Truth.
It is the ego mind that takes us away from the experience of the moment, constantly worrying about the past or the future.
The heart opens us up only into this moment now, and when we connect into the heart and breathe, the breath expands our experience of the moment, our connection to our heart, to our light. This is how it begins:
Step 1. Bring your hand to your physical heart.
Step 2. Bring your consciousness to the pressure of your hand on your chest.
Step 3. Take a breath; open up to this is MY heart. Take a breath.
This Is My Heart
Open up to the need of this heart-your heart. It needs a soft breath, a deep breath in through the mouth and just releasing the breath without controlling the out breath. Let the heart open by releasing energy with this breath. You may even release a sigh or sound with the out breath. This is called the Conscious Breath.

Your heart has been waiting for you, for this connection and awakening. Claim your heart; claim yourself with each breath. Most important, claim this moment-your moment with the breath.
Your heart needs resurrecting. It's the time for _your heart to come into a self-realization process. This can only happen when you consciously claim your heart. Your heart will transform; you will transform. Yes, YOU!
Be aware that the ego mind has been committed to trying to keep you safe all this time, and now its job needs to change. You have been. Living in survival up to this point and now it is the time to move into living. All true living is done through the heart.
The ego still has a job to do; but its purpose is to assist you in organizing things in your life, reading tasks, and generally keeping the third dimensional things in order. That is all you need your ego mind for: to do tasks, not to run your life. The ego is going to have to readjust to its new position, and you are going to need to be loving, patient, and compassionate with the ego mind while the it moves through this transition.
Every time your ego is worrying or afraid, trying to work things out, or being very dramatic and anxious, just bring your hand down onto your physical heart, bring your consciousness to where your hand is holding your heart and begin to take deep, slow Conscious Breaths. Bring all of your consciousness and attention to the heart.
You will experience a change in the feelings you are having. You will feel calmer and less agitated. The drama of the feeling will fade away because drama does not exist within the heart. There will be a feeling that things will be all right somehow. You may even experience a solution to the problem at hand, something you were not expected to have thought of yourself-a simple solution.
As you begin to connect through the heart, you connect to the unlimited source of Universal knowledge and understanding, which is a natural link to the light of the Self. This is a natural part of you, a part that you have always had. Now it is time for you to link into this aspect of yourself and utilize the assistance that is here for you.
As you work more with the heart and develop this alignment to the Self, your guidance and connection to the heart will grow and flourish, and you will live more and more in the moment, effortlessly, in the flow of the light of the Self. The heart will become more self-realized, and by this I mean it will begin to do its job the way it was always meant to do.
The words Thy Will Be Done reflect the truth of this state. Through your heart you move toward the alignment to the light of the Self, you surrender to your journey, and allow the light of the Self to take you where you need to go, doing what you need to do.
Each time you speak these words, Thy Will Be Done, you align yourself more and more to light of self, and anchor yourself in the natural flow and current of that river of light. You let go and allow yourself to flow with your life and your journey. It is effortless as you move into that natural flow-that current of your light.
The heart's cells will begin to respond to the words like a flower opening up to the sun. Each cell in your heart will go through a transformational awakening. Physical healing can take place in your heart as this awakening takes place. Just open up to it and let go; allow it to awaken you. Allow any emotional feelings to just flow out.
Whatever your experience, just breathe and open up to receive this energy within the cells of your heart.
You will transform;
Your heart will transform;
Your life will transform.
It is a time to celebrate you in the moment through your heart. Remember: This is a step-by-step process: one breath at a time, one moment at a time. The spiritual forces will be supporting you during this journey, and will be with you energetically. The Pleiadians will be present, if you wish to be assisted with them. We open to the Angels, Light Beings, Masters, to witness you and the birth of your heart, the birth of you. We celebrate you as you take this next step.
