Having an understanding of the basics of our existence makes it easier for us to align ourselves with our natural frequencies.

As we tune in to the right frequency, we will become more and more our true selves by vibrating and projecting our true essence upon the world. How to realign with your truth?

Start by looking within and examining yourself of how you view reality. Determine if your views are aligned with The Universal principles.

If you feel some pressure, you may not be totally aligned and need to begin the process of self transformation. You don’t have to worry because it doesn’t have to be in big steps.

You only need to do one thing at a time in this journey to alignment.

4 Steps How To Realign With Your True Essence:
1. Change your lifestyle.
Begin with changing your lifestyle, the food you eat, the people you surround yourself with, the routines you do, and the activities you spend your time with.

2. Let go of everything that doesn’t resonate with you.
Let go of all people and things that don’t serve you and replace them with everything that contributes to the alignment of your core frequency until you vibrate in love and happiness.

3. Do some alchemy.
Become an alchemist by going within your darkness and transmuting it through your light. This is how real transformation happens, not by removing the darkness but by transmuting it through the frequency of love, your very own core frequency.

4. Be persistent and patient.
Self transformation is not that complicated as what you might have previously thought. The process may take awhile, it depends on your growth but this journey isn’t linear. It’s full of ups and downs but you have to be gentle with yourself as you go along.

Implement these steps whenever you feel that you are out of alignment with your truth. The best sign of this is the feeling of being lost. Whenever you feel lost try these steps and trust the process as it might take some time to realign.
