 \nSynchronized Movement & Sound with group generates a congruent reson
 ance, moving meditation that synchronizes the brain, body and cohesive
 ness & harmonizes group.                       
      \nA harmonizing adventure of synchronized breath, sound and 
 movement with the intention of experiencing inner peaceful & tranquil 
 flow and develop awareness beyond body boundary, expanding into an ene
