The Grandmothers were singing, "Net of Light, Net of Light," when they interrupted themselves and said, "See the Net of Light holding you. Feel it touch your skin and cradle your organs while at the same time it's holding the earth. The Net of Light is real. It IS!" they cried.

"And you ARE! You are not separate from it nor are you separate from us. You are Divine. From this moment on, accept no lesser identity for yourself. You are not your past, nor are you limited by it in any way. You are not who you think you are. No!" they declared. "You are light. You are the fabric of being of the universe.

"Many of you are waking up now and as you wake, the world too is waking. No more numbness, no more narcotic sleep," they said. "No more minimizing your worth and no more hiding your light. You are all coming awake. So rise up now, take a big breath and shine.

"Wherever you live and whatever you happen to be going through, know that our hands are on you. You cannot go beyond our reach. You are our own and because you are, we will care for you. We are holding you this minute and will hold you every minute of your life.

"We are the Grand Mothers and so we know how to take care of you. As you relax into our embrace, ask your mind to stop "working" and instead, to record what you are experiencing. The mind too needs rest. There is so much it doesn't yet understand and it tends to struggle overly hard--spinning you in circles of busyness that do no good. Give it a useful job-let it record.

"Wisdom will dawn on you from within yourself-not from the mind reaching. And you are already wiser by far than you know, wiser by far than anyone knows. So let your mind fall back now and rest as we teach you the truth of your being. You will be surprised by it. Actually, you will be thrilled by it.

"You are magnificent and we can say this because we SEE you. We have always seen you. We have been with you before what you think of as "time" ever was. Let us remind you again that we are the Grand Mothers and that you are our own. So rest in our arms now and observe as we work with you."
