You are only as alone as you imagine yourself to be!

We set expectations and boundaries we expect other to keep and when they don’t we are hurt. The hurt we experience every day are the direct result of our own illusions we expect others to adhere to.  No use in handing someone your entire existence and letting them take all they want, and then getting upset and hurt when they can’t appreciate who you are and toss you aside when they drank their fill. 

                                                   

When we make friends or are in love we become greedy and want to possess the other person, demanding more and more form them until they feel caged, and fight back.  Then we wonder why….

 

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)

 

But what do we do, the opposite, and then we run around crying when the negative love we give others make them turn away from us.

 

This Bible verse has been in my mind for 2 months now:

 

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)

 

It is a verse I have treasured my entire life.  This to me is how love should be, this is how I try to live my life. Through kindness, understanding and more; in my life I look at people and I see all of them, see how many is souls in pain lashing out at those around them, with their negative attitude their lies, the anger they direct at those they deem Unfit and unworthy.  Wanting to punish, and make them do as they want….

 

That is not how I live my life, that is not who I am… I see the lies in people’s words, mostly they lie to themselves, I see the energy on their profiles and the energy they throw at others, but…

 

That is their life and their choices of being, if you want to hide behind a mask, which is a choice you make, I will not call you out on it. If you want to hide behind 20 different profiles in order to say “you can’t even see it” That is your choice.

 

So many times I talk to people and they tell me stuff and I look at them and wonder if they realise just how they lie to themselves and now to me.  But it’s not my place to beat them up about it, life is about choices, and we are all learning the hard way here.  Life is about love, and if someone’s illusions don’t work for me I smile and set up a shield.  One day they will decide to remove that mask, but that is their place to decide.

 

In the last 6 months I stopped scanning peoples energy stopped scanning profiles, for one reason, Life is theirs to live, if they want to hide behind masks it’s their choice, if they want to create a lot of profiles, that is fine too. I love them enough to know that one day they will realise more than they do now and I am ok with that.

 

Love is more than us, and once we can be in peace in our centre, the world with their masks and illusions become visible.

Thanks An-Hu-Nu for sharing your thoughts and feelings, everything you say it's strongly right. I fight every day against my desire to help charitably my father, but he snubs  everything i do, and , believe me, it's  really hard to see him my sister and brother walking on a path that will only increase distance from themselves...but i have to RESPECT  and not interfering with their action, i cannot  help someone that doesn't want to be helped, so my thought is that i have to LOVE them, without being entrapped in their wires, protecting myself, not judging, waiting nothing, but it's not easy...i think this is my limit, a limit  on which i want to work, to finally live a peaceful Life!

Forgive me if i was not too much clear writing my feelings and what i'm living.

Hi Glo - your words remind me of a messsage I must have read recently somewhere here on the site ... that we are not even supposed to be perfect and have voluntarily given up perfection for the sake of entering duality and being HERE - NOW!

Our perfection is divided now in various parts - which seems to be the reason for us being continually on the lookout for our "other half".

All this makes sense to me ... and the bible quotation, here, too - because the darker the hour the dearer the need for GUIDANCE!

Not to be able to live up to these high expectations must not get us to give up. It is just a wayshower, not more and not less. One day we will arrive where we long to be - and on our way there we are CHANGING the world - so it will be much easier to live up to our expectations once we will have arrived :-)

For now - just keep on smiling, indeed :-)

@Glo - The point of that scripture is to inspire us to become more than we are.  Its point was never to be a hint of judgement, but a guideline to aspire to.  We as humans are imperfect, and being here we experience it, and in experiencing it we are learning to be more than what we are. 

The only presure you feel come from inside.. from a soul that know perfection, and want you as human to reach higer and out of your own confines.  To reach out form the dark places in you... where you are hiding away in, into the light that is you.

Each of us are the light, we need to learn to see ourself, and love ourself fully before we can shine and be the guiding light for others that is still hiding in their own dark self.

This plane is about learning selflove and acceptance, that is the first step towards understanding love and unconditional love.  If we can love who we are, like that scripture, be fully us in our own power, we learn to be love, and when you are love living like the scripture explain become an act of love, and in that there is no judgement even of self.

There is no judgement, not from God.
