How do you love yourself.

I have had an issue with self love practically since birth. And would like to pose the question how do you begin to love yourself? Anyone have any suggestions for someone who desperately need to begin this process? :) Much Love  && Light Thank you <3

Self Love starts out with appreciating the small things in your life ... and giving your yourself what as a child you expected others to give to you.

Our environment - that is parents and so on ... - do not always see what we ARE and what we have done well - and if we continue to expect what they cannot give we are help prisoners - prisoners due to lack of LOVE.

The moment we begin to give to us what we feel was withhel, this wound begins to heal ... and finally, we will be able to SEE WHY they could not give what we needed ... because our parents also have a child within - a child who in most of the cases was hurt and misunderstood - just as we are / were ...

Please know, that you are always surrounded by Spritual Guides and Angels - which, however, most adults have forgotten. You can talk to them in your thoughts and they will be happy to be allowed to help you (again).
