By being less judgemental and more perceptive of our environment, we can reach out and connect with the Creator,The Creator talks to us through the environment, which mirrors what goes on in our subconscious mind. We need to do two things before we can attempt to find that cosmic connection.Take stock of your environment: If we feel stuck at some point in life, we need to work on changing our thought process. We have to become aware of the belief patterns we carry within ourselves to make a positive change.When you take a look at your life, do you have a feeling of ‘being settled’? This comes from growth. If you feel stuck or trapped instead, it’s time to look within and make necessary changes. When our subconscious programming changes, our environment changes, too.If you are unhappy with your workplace and feel that your efforts go unrecognised by your superiors, then you need to introspect. Is there something in your environment that you are neglecting? Maybe, the universe is trying to tell you to develop gratitude as a lasting trait. Do you feel unwanted? It may indicate a need to engage in creative activities so that you feel useful and benefit those around you.Does your environment include people who keep you waiting and are never on time? Perhaps, you are putting off a project or a decision, which has become an irritant for someone else. These are just examples. Each individual’s life and situation might be different.Don’t run away from a situation: It’s all about making positive changes by paying a little more attention to your environment. It’s not about taking the blame for a bad situation, but about facing up to the problem with the intent to improve things. Rather than run away from a situation, you must accept it and become awakened to the possibilities of change. We often unknowingly create an atmosphere around us that is not growth-oriented. Understanding your environment helps to know if a change in approach is needed. It calls for being more involved in life and seeing things at a deeper level by accepting the environment with an open heart, rather than turning one’s face away from unwanted people and situations. By doing this, we can shed outdated belief patterns and replace them with new ones to make the voyage more meaningful.
