Tip Number 2
Pills against pain or Pain killer.
It is possible to take pain killers through the hand and in this way you will conserve your body because you won´t get all the chemistry into your body.
You will only take the pill into your left hand, concentrate on that pill and speak or think “I absorb/ingest all the healing energies from this pill into my body” while concentrating on the part of pains too.
My wife and I tried it several times when we had headaches and it worked.

Tip Number 3
Sucking off Pains with a hose and saltwater.
What you will need:
1. A hose 1,5 meter long (about 60 inches) and an inner diameter of 3-4 millimeter.
(Smaller will be sucking off too slow and bigger will be sucking off too fast) You can buy this hose in shop where you get supplies for your aquarium in case you have one.
2. A small bowl.
3. Regular Salt.
4. Water.
You may do this sucking off directly on your body or on a picture. Fixate the hose next to the location of pain with band-aid or sticking plaster (or on the picture with a clothes pin), and after that you have to suck on the other end of the hose and then fixate this end into the bowl filled with water and a pinch of salt. Please spit into the bowel after the sucking so you will not swallow the energies of the pain. Before sucking speak aloud which kind of pain you want to treat at so the universe will know what to do.
A pinch of salt is enough because one grain of salt can take energy as big as a soccer ball. Salt is binding the energies or else they would flow out of the bowl.
The hose must not be fixated precisely over the location of the pain or on the picture, near the location will be enough. The universe will know what to do only your saying has to be accurately.
Sucking off those energies with a hose takes effect on all planes.
(This is working very fine with a picture, my wife and I use it this way since years and with success with relatives, friends and our pets).
If you like/need to do this over a longer period (more than one day) you should change the water and salt in the morning and in the evening. Give the old water from that bowl only to conifers because they like the negative energies if you give it to broad-leafed trees they may die. Don´t dispose of the water in your own house.
After the treatment when all pains are gone put that hose 2-3 hours into water and add a pinch of salt, that will clean the hose.
This kind of treatment is possible with: Headache, migraine, pain in the joints, heat, swellings, cold and you may try still more.
If you like to this with a picture to help a different person you first have to ask otherwise it would be manipulation.
It is also possible in this way to help your relatives, friends and your pets.
Examples:
Pain in your right knee.
Before sucking on the hose:”I´m sucking off from my right knee all pains, all inflammations, all blockades and all diseases”.
If you like to help another person:”I´m sucking off all pains, all inflammations, all blockades and all diseases from the right knee of my mother Judy Miller”.

I did another bath meditation a few days ago and my chakra's each had interdimensional temples in them. Today I released more blocked energy and I felt my soul commicaton with a space ship. The space ship was closer this time. I could see, feel and hear my energy clearing and at the end I saw clocks on all my chakra all striking 12:00 I feel so aligned and intuned with a really high frequency sounds,

I do self healing on my self. I take one to two hot baths a day sometimes with sea salt. I took a rebirthing class where I turn off the lights and get into the right brain mode and the warm womb feeling mode. I was also channeled when I going through chaous with my boyfriend at the time to go to a health food and get Valerian Root in the least amount of alcohol content. It is what valium is made of. Put about 10 drops in a lquid.
When I first started taking the Valerian Root I was seeing visions of chains. I was hearing a friends aura in conflict. I put a visual vacume on the part of my body where I feel the conflict and then on a energy level I suck or vacoom the negative energy out. I will see strings and I cut and pull them out. Kryon says that healing is just rebalancing so I continue to rebalance my energy. Hormones and harmony go hand in hand.

During meditation for the past few months sometimes i get these images of eyes looking at me..Grey type eyes..actually the whole head of a gray looking back..
And last night, had this crazy dream..I was on the floor of a VERY WHITE corridor.. with doors..ceiling was white..floor was white..all was white..
Next thing, i see is this man..he wore at coat similar to those that the doctors use..white coat..he had the hair of Einstein..all spiky fluffy…

Just thought of a dream i had in mid-December (forgot to add this to my 1st blog) when i really started to meditate on Gaia's ascension..and the rest of humanity..and to try to better myself in the process..
During meditation I'd try to contact some friends in the UK..I'm in Canada..We'd all meditate at the same time..different local times of course..
I'd use solara an ra meditation youtube videos to help me.
I usually go to bed early..around 9:30..now if i remember…
