Some faeries are beings of magick and mirth
Flitting through Sky and dancing on Earth
They flirt with butterflies and fish the streams
Singing their riddles and flying on dreams
Full of romance, magick and ancient lore
Enchanted being who live for ever more
To win their favour it is said
Leave our some cake or even some breaad
A dash of honey, mead or wine
And a bundle of trinkets will do them just fine
They consider this a special treat
Especially if a faerie you wish to meet
Tiny houses, gemstones and lace
For they are beauty, joy and love
Magickal beings dancing above.
