As the new vibrations enter your body so the old must begin to dissipate. Many have been releasing over the last few months and these current energies are forcing issues from deep within your psyche, to surface and be released once and for all. Some of these will be childhood issues, some will be past life issues. All karmic debt must now be cleared to allow for the new consciousness, the new age of humanity to begin.
The key is to try not to get caught in the why’s and wherefores, the “oh I thought I’d dealt with that, why is this still haunting me, why this, why now ???” scenarios, for this places focus on these old patterns and makes them harder and more painful for you to release. As they rise, view them instead as old news articles, simply think “oh, I remember that” and nothing more, place it in the recycle bin, delete it from your memories, past, been and gone just a memory, NOT something to relive, you must discard it without further thought to it or attachments to it.
There is much recalibration and awakening of dormant DNA strands within the body at this time, it is activating light energy within the cells and organs, which can lead to some discomfort in the physical body at this time, until the rhythms align within your body. Pure food, pure light sources, pure water, pure thoughts, these will all assist your bodies ease of transition during this period.
Dependent on your personal karmic journeys, several or all of your vortex systems ( I believe this to be our chakra system ) will be affected to varying degree’s and will determine which previously unused and unrecognised vortices can begin to open within your body, along with the relevant DNA strands.
Some will feel little, others will feel mild discomfort in various parts of the body, itching and burning sensations can be expected as the new vortices open and spring into life, which can cause nausea, dizzyness and fatigue, again dependent on which part of you is being recalibrated.
Those of you already working in the vibrational light energies will have already experienced some of your vortices opening, as a result of you higher senstivities you may find yourself suffering almost as much as those of lower vibrational fields just beginning to awaken. This is because you are not only experiencing your own changes, but will be aware and empathic of your neighbours changes. Some of yo light workers will feel they are working on behalf of those who are only just beginning to awaken and seem to be gliding through will little disruption, continuing with their detrimental ways and seemingly ‘doing ok’ .
So not resent this, it is happening because you are emotionally, physically and spiritually stronger and more able to integrate the incoming energies and so are working as conductors of this energy to ground it into the Earth in a form more readily accessed by the masses, for whom such strong energy emission would saturate and incapacitate, should this happen on such a scale, your world would be thrown into chaos as they ceased to function. That cannot be allowed to happen and you agreed to this when you incarnated in this auspicious time.
The current influx of energies will continue until after the solstice alignments on Earth, so allow yourselves to work with these energies, flow like a river of light, sleep when your body needs sleep and not when your linear clocks dictate so, work when you faster flow of energy, share the wisdoms that come to you in flashes of insight and knowing, remember to be compassionate, tolerant and understanding of all others, for their journey are as difficult as you perceive your own to be. Lashing out at each other, retaliating to others outbursts, demands and conditions, will not ease your own transitions, you simply cause more pain and delays within your own physical energies. Learn to accept ‘as it is’ and move on.
Over the next few months the Earth will again see some changes taking place as She too integrates the higher frequency energies. She needs your help too, remember to tread lightly upon Her and be responsible in all your actions.
Drink more water, pure spring waters if you can find it, not those from a bottle that have long since lost their life force signature. If you cannot find access to this fresh, pure water, then remember your thoughts can purify, with total love and compassion, begin the habit of blessing your water and foods so as to align it with your own energy fields for your own highest good and that of All the Earth and Her Creatures. Remember the interconnectedness of all life, once cannot be truly sustained without another, from the smallest insect to the mightiest tree.
Listen to the Earth Mother, She is talking to you all in each moment, spending time connecting with the Earth and the elements will ease both your own as well as the Earths, transition process.
This is a magnificent time to be alive on the Earth and witness such changes in humanities consciousness., remember you chose or were chosen, to come to the Earth at this time to assist the Earth and all other sentient beings. Do not loose this time, do not waste a moment of it, but instead use it to empower yourselves and others. Allow yourselves to actively work to download the higher frequencies into your very being, into the fabric of your soul, every cell of your being. Embrace your star ancestry for you are made of the same elements as I am, as the stars are, as the Earth is, as each other.
Many place your trust in Angels, Guides, Guardians and such like, you have many names for us, and yes we are here to help and assist you, to assist you in becoming who you are, for in truth you are the same as us, you are another us who chose to take on a human form and work physically on the Earth dimension. You simply need to remember this, remember your star ancestry.
The energies you are receiving and the gradual aligning of the Earth and inner planets with the galactic centre, will gradually allow for this awareness to dawn within you, some of course have already come to know this, but too many have forgotten and now they must be reminded. Allow this process, welcome it, embrace it, this is your chance to remember and become who you truly are. You are star ancestors of the future, it is time to accept and step into your roles, your destinies. That time is now.

Thank you for sharing this with us, I would like to know what others think about this comment and how they believe you can distinguish between ascension symtpoms and sypmtoms of psychic attack. They appear to be very similar to me:

excellent discussion topic Pam,   for me the subtle - and it is subtle, difference is that there is a lightness, and expectation when it is ascension symptoms whereas with psychic attack there is a nervousness, a darkness attached that brings a tightening of the solar and sacral rather than a buzzing, awakening energy. Be interested to here what others think ?

I often read about people's ascension symptoms and almost every time they are identical to psychic attack symtpoms which has really confused me. Your explanation makes a lot of sense. I wonder if this is the same for everyone? I often get vibrations throughout the body but mostly in my feet and I also experiences burning sensations in my solar plexus.  I am under psychic attack and know that there is a 'fear' or 'anxiety' attached to the burning sensations but with the vibrations I feel nothing or maybe a slight annoyance because no matter what I do it wont stop. Perhaps one is attack and the other ascension both occuring at the same time? Hmmmm, a lot for thought. I would be very interested to know others thoughts on this and especially their won experiences.

personally i think that they could be happening simultaneously, this is because when we start to open up and our energy frequencies change, it acts like a beacon, this will attract more positive energies but also negative ones that are in our environment or attached to people we are in close contact with, as they wish to feed off the growing energy within us.   Daily smudging with white desert sage, frankincense and or cedar will help to lesson the attraction of negative energy and psychic attacks, keeping yourself grounded and practicing protection techniques will all help.
